Receiving: "Error Please Select at least one device"
Error Notification
You went to hit "Save & Send " to send your script to a remote device and received this error:
What Happened?
When more than one phone is connected to a session (using the MultiCam feature). You will need to first select WHICH phone to send to send the teleprompter to. You can send the script to any or all of the phones you choose.
The Fix
Step 1: Choose which phone to send the teleprompter to.
Maximize the teleprompter window and select the icon shown below.
Step 2: Select Device
Check the box next to the device you would like to send the teleprompter to. And press "Send"
Success!
You will now receive a response from the device that your request has been accepted.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Even if you do not currently have 2 remote devices paired to your session, if multiple devices have been connected to the same session at ANY point you will need to follow these steps.
