Configuring your picture settings ensures the best-looking shot possible. Making adjustments within your Subject’s preview screen will change the way your footage is captured.
General Layout of Options
To access the Camera Settings panel, select the icon in the top left corner of your Subject’s preview screen or the Adjustments tab above the director feed.
Once selected, you can choose from a variety of settings to adjust in the right panel:
The Open Floating Panel option is available when you select the 3 dots in the top right. This allows you have the camera settings in a separate window while you operate out of the Participants or Teleprompter tab.
From the Adjustments panel, you can quickly and easily adjust all of the camera settings for any device that you have in the Session by selecting the appropriate one from the dropdown.
Note: If a camera does not support adjustment of a specific setting, the platform will display a notification saying "Unsupported by device". For webcam subjects, you will only see controls for Frame Rate and Resolution. The other settings can be used with mobile devices only.
Mobile Device settings include:
- White Balance
- Guides (Turns the grid markers off/on.)
- Brightness
