You, the Director, can add a script for your session from the Project page. To upload your script, simply select New Script from the bottom of the page.
Title your script, then copy-paste or type in the script text. From here, you can only edit the actual text. Formatting can be done from within the Session. You can also select a Status so you know if the script is Ready or Needs Work. Click Save and Close. That script will now appear in the list of saved Teleprompter Scripts.
A red dot indicates the script “Needs Work” and can not be seen from within any of the Sessions. Other Project Members can edit the text in the script in this phase.
A green dot indicates that the script is set to “Ready” and can be accessed within any Session in the Project.
Once your script is ready to go, enter your Session, and click on the Teleprompter tab located on the right side. Select the Script you want to use from the dropdown menu, or create a new one. If you make any changes, make sure to hit the Save Icon to the left of the Script Selection dropdown.
Set your Speed, Font Size, Screen Setup, Background to desired settings. These settings can be changed at any point and the subject will see the change reflected on their end. Work with your Subject to find the settings that are the most comfortable for them.
Toggle on which device should receive the script by setting the status of the device to Active in the Display on Devices section beneath the text. You can also use the Visible setting to quickly toggle between the script and video feed for the Subject.
Use the controls below the script text to Play, Stop, and Restart the Teleprompter. You can also place your cursor at any location within the script and the Teleprompter will jump to that point.
Click Preview to view the Teleprompter feed in a pop-out window.
There will be a 3-second countdown that is displayed before the Teleprompter begins. This will be seen from both the Subject's side and the Director's side.

Play From Spot or Play Selection
*This feature is only active when the teleprompter is rolling or paused.
Click Play to start the teleprompter from the beginning.
While the teleprompter is rolling, you can left click with your mouse anywhere in the script to drop the cursor. A pop-up box will appear. If you click Play from within this box, the teleprompter will jump to this spot in the script and continue rolling.
If the script is Paused, you can follow the same steps. When you click Play in the pop-up box the teleprompter will jump to that spot but not play. Click Play below the script box to start the teleprompter from that spot.
You can also highlight a selection of the script you wish to play and then click Play Selected. Again, this is only an option if the teleprompter is rolling or paused.
