Invite web-users from inside & outside of your organization
Think of Collaborators as the behind-the-scenes crew for your shoot. A Collaborator is a web-user invited by the Director to join in a session. Collaborators will always need to enter the session via browser on a computer.
How to Invite a Collaborator
- Click the 3 dots in the top right of the window.
- Click “Session Options” from the menu.
- Click the “Invite Others” tab.
- Enter the email of the person you’re inviting.
- Select the desired permission level for this Collaborator. (See below for details on permission levels.)
- Click “Send”.
Please Note: Collaborator invite links are valid for 48 hours so we recommend sending out the invites the day of or the day before a shoot.

If the Director gets kicked out of a Session for any reason (power outage, internet drop, etc.), the system will automatically pass control of the Session to the next Collaborator in the room.
If a Director wants to pass control during a Session or if a Collaborator wants to take control of the video shoot at any time, the Collaborators should click 'Request Control' on the green button on their screen. They will be able to control the remote device(s) and access the features as per their Permission Level.
