An important part of organizing and conducting your event will include managing your backstage area. This area is a space for Hosts, Speakers, and other Administrators to interact without visibility to Attendees.
In this backstage space, you will be able to monitor chats, have Speakers or other Hosts ready to join the live webinar when they present, and help facilitate the flow of your event without ever being on camera.
To have someone other than an Organizer or Host join backstage, provide them with the backstage URL, which is found in your “Main Presentation” tab.
Once you are in the “Main Presentation” section, scroll down until you see the backstage URL.
Now that everyone has backstage access, you can stay put or join the Webinar when it’s your time to be on stage.
