Setting Up Your Registration Form
Navigate to the Registrations tab of your event.
Here you will see a section for editing the Registration form.
By default, the form only collects a user’s name and email address but you can choose to include as many additional information fields as you’d like, including:
- Company
- Title
- Country
- CIty
- How did you hear about the event?
- Phone number
- Custom field
If you want to require users to fill out any particular field, be sure to select “Required” before clicking “Add”.
Launch Your Registration Form
Once you publish your event, you can begin accepting registrations through your public-facing registration page.
Click View Registration Page to see the public-facing registration page in a new tab.
Direct individuals to register by posting the URL.

Under the Registrations tab, you’ll see everyone who signed up to attend your event.
Using .CSV Files
As an event Organizer, you can both export a list of registrations and upload a list of registered attendees.
Exporting
Click “Export” and select your desired output: .csv or JSON file. All data that was collected during registration will be included in the downloaded file.
Uploading
If you collect event registrations outside of the standard registration form, you may upload a CSV of registrations following this format. We will parse the .csv file and inform you of any formatting errors. If the file processes successfully, we will send out email invites to the attendees so that they can register for the event.
Please note: You should only upload contact information of people who have registered through another method. Uploading attendees who haven't registered for your event can result in a violation of OpenReel's privacy policy and suspension of your organizer account.
