You can utilize OpenReel’s Events platform to run many different types of live streaming events. Check out the many options below.
Live Events (With Live Video)
Live Events with OpenReel allow you to create a fully branded, engaging experience for your attendees. Hosts and Speakers present to an audience in real time while Attendees can chat with each other, ask questions, answer polls, download resources, and stay engaged with the content.
Some great examples of how to use Live Events include:
- Webinars
- Product Demos
- Training and Education
- Panel Discussions
Live Event (With Pre-Recorded Video)
OpenReel allows you to use a pre-recorded video from YouTube, Vimeo, or Wistia in place of live speakers. This creates a “simulive” style event where attendees are viewing the content at the same time, but the speakers do not need to be at the event in real time. Attendees can still engage with each other, and we highly recommend that you have someone from your team attend the event so that they monitor the chat and answer questions.
Live Events with Pre-Recorded Video are great for any content that is repeatable, but there is still a benefit of having attendees present at the same time to encourage engagement. A great example of this would be a weekly product demo. You don’t need a member of your marketing or sales team to repeat the same presentation live every time, but having attendees there together encourages them to share feedback and ask questions.
Automated Webinars (Coming Soon)
Think of Automated Webinars as On-Demand experiences that attendees can view at a time that is convenient for them. We know everyone has a busy schedule, so it’s important that your audience can view your content on their own time. Automated Webinars use pre-recorded videos as the content (take advantage of our automatic Live Webinar recordings to repurpose your Webinar content), still require attendees to register, but allows them to view the Webinar at their leisure. Any content that doesn’t require real time engagement from your attendees will make for a great Automated Webinar use case.
Virtual Conference (Coming Soon)
Virtual Conferences are large events that typically span multiple days and are meant to recreate the experience of attending a conference in person. These virtual conferences will usually have multiple speakers and sessions, different tracks for different attendee types, multiple breakout sessions and networking opportunities, and are truly meant to be unique and immersive experiences for the attendees. Stay tuned to learn more about Virtual Conferences from OpenReel!
