Once you've recorded a video using OpenReel, the next step is uploading the video to the OpenReel platform.

Corrupt: Indicates the video has encountered an error during recording and is unrecoverable. Corrupted files could be caused by the Subject exiting the OpenReel Capture app if using an Mobile device, receiving a phone call or notification during recording, the Wi-Fi connection getting interrupted, or if a Webcam subject has other applications open on their device while recording. In rare cases, corrupted files may be recoverable through this workaround method, but in most cases those files are most likely lost.
Unknown: Indicates the video has encountered an error during the recording or uploading process. The Director should first try refreshing their browser page, and secondly, try refreshing the Subject's connection (if the Subject is using an Mobile device). The Director could also try to force an upload by clicking on the 3-dots by the file name and selecting Upload. If those actions don't work, it is likely the file is Corrupt.
